After decades of development,the gas industry has formed a huge market,the more developed of science and technology,the bigger demand of various types of gas,and each year increased in by nearly the rate of two.Along with the gas market growing,bottled gas filling enterprises are also increasing,the related laws and regulations,norms,standards of gas filling requirements become more stringent,the original cylinder filling device technology and technology is relatively backward,obsolete equipment,safety problems gradually emerged and become more and more serious,safety accidents have occurred from time to time.each working section of the efficiency and accuracy of the gas filling station also gradually catch up with the market development.Enterprises of the gas filling filling technology,equipment and other aspects of safety,energy conservation,efficiency and accuracy problem are subjected to extensive concern of the industry experts,entrepreneurs and managers.According to the national special equipment safety management law,regulation on the administration of the State Council special equipment and the gas field,production,operating of the various of standards and norms perfect,also taking the enterprise production and the demand for the use of various aspects of the current situation into account,this project aims to research and design out a set of function relatively complete,performance is relatively accurate and reliable heptafluoropropane fire-extinguishing device of filling system.To use the series of Siemens industrial control products combined with kunlun state configuration software MCGS superior,and chooses the precision of the sensor,designs a filling system based on PLC automatic control.The whole system is based on Siemens S7-200 series PLC control;software designed by STEP7,CAD,MCGS configuration,and in combination with other auxiliary devices,realize the function of effective integration,testing,real-time accurate,timely feedback control,the flexible storage of data.This study based on a fire plant project in Chengdu,Sichuan Province,and designed heptafluoropropane fire extinguishing device filling system.Firstly,this paper describes the background and significance of the subject.Followed by the overall technology scheme of the system and requirements,components selection,system of PLC technology to realize,upper configuration design,filling system pipe network layout work,and solve the problems and difficulties of the testing of the system and the actual operation.The device has completed on-site installation and test,the system operation is good after the actual operation of the field.All parameters are in line with the requirements of enterprises.Making the seven sampling inspection to the system data in three days,after the actual control analysis,it's proved that all data are in the allowable error,and the system runs normally with no fault.Design and implementation of this study is not only to some extent promote the technological level of filling system,but also provide a reference for development and improvement of domestic gas cylinder filling industry.
