| People’s quality of life has been greatly improved due to the development of science and technology.The demand for products is not only more,but also the pursuit of individuation is becoming more and more common.However,the traditional mass automation batch production model can not respond quickly to the new demand changes in the market.It is gradually replaced by a new production mode with strong demand and strong vitality-flexible production.Flexible production can make the automatic production line switching between mass and small batch production under the conditions of keeping quality,delivery time and the same cost,and the flexibility is good and the strain ability is strong.Therefore,the flexible production line has been widely applied in enterprises,and it will become the core competitiveness of the manufacturing industry.The research and development of teaching equipment for flexible filling production line can provide students with a training platform close to engineering practice,let students master the installation,programming,debugging and maintenance of flexible filling production line skillfully,improve the students’ hands-on operation ability,and provide high skilled talents for the enterprises to master modern high technology.On the basis of our hospital(Huizhou Technician College)in 2011 three to introduce Guangdong Teaching Instrument Manufacturing Co.Ltd.SX-815 P industrial automation training equipment and training the students encounter in the problems and deficiencies,combined with the requirements of the actual production process,designed by Huichuang H2 U series PLC and MCGS configuration software to build a teaching device PLC control and PC monitoring system composed of typical flexible filling production line.There are several aspects of the main research work and achievements in this paper as follows:1.On the basis of analyzing the current situation and development of flexible filling production line at home and abroad,in view of the existing teaching equipment and the needs of actual teaching,the overall plan of the teaching equipment for flexible filling production line is redesigned.On the basis of the original four modules of the circular turntable unit,heating and testing unit,filling and cover unit and conveyer belt unit.a two-dimensional code sorting module is added.Each unit module can run independently or combined online.2.In this paper,the two-dimensional code sorting module is added to the design of the flexible filling production line teaching equipment to realize the classification detection with the two-dimensional code label empty bottle.Users can learn the relevant information of the product by scanning the two-dimensional code labels on the bottle.In addition,the use of two-dimensional code scanner can save the number of different sensors because of the different material and capacity of the container,change the type of filling container or expand the function of the system.It is more advantageous than the traditional teaching device when the function changes need to be adjusted substantially.It is necessary to make some minor adjustments to the software part of the system’s internal procedures and hardware parts,which reflects the flexibility of production.3.Through the analysis of various constant temperature control methods of the liquid heating tank,the simulation PI closed loop heating control system is used to realize the constant temperature control of the filling liquid heating to the specified temperature.The supply of the filling liquid is controlled by PID algorithm.The water pump is controlled by PLC and frequency converter.The closed loop PID adjustment is realized for the liquid level of the circulating constant level tank and the water pressure pressure of the net tube.The fluid supply system is automatically stabilized by the set pressure value,and the liquid level is constant.4.In this paper,the design of filling and cover unit is introduced in detail.(1)through research and analysis,a variety of methods for liquid filling are put forward,and the time type filling is finally adopted in combination with the practice.(2)the cover unit uses PLC to control the cylinder wheel to push the cylinder to rotate the ratchet turntable to the specified work position,the cover and spin cover operation can be realized.(3)the hardware and software design of the unit is carried out.5.After the completion of the design of the teaching equipment,The whole system debugging and performance test are carried out.Through the overall testing of the system,the whole process of Scanning two dimensional code to push the bottle,heating detection and filling and covering is realized,and the quantity of filling is accurate. |
