The temperature is very high when the milk is just agented, it is also very perishable in the summer, after passing inspection, if it can’t immediately cooling down, leading to deterioration of milk, it will cause a lot of damage. As many ranch without refrigerant facility, there is a certain distance from the milk processing plant, the just agented milk that requires immediate transport, though it has simple refrigeration equipment in the truck, it can’t avoid deterioration of milk. Therefore, in order to ensure the quality of milk and avoid waste, the milk is just agented must immediately be cooled after passing inspection.This thesis design an intelligent chiller that is suitable used for farm, by analyzing the domestic and international farm milk cooling method and energy-saving features, combined with the actual need of the farm and refrigeration technology requirement. According to design and renovation the intelligent chiller, complete the cooling down of milk and ensure milk quality. Thesis focuses on technological design the of the entire refrigeration system, including refrigeration technology and control system design.Refrigerant technological aspects according to pasture actual needs, design and renovation of the intelligent chiller, milk cooling using ice water, milk is prevented direct contact with the refrigerant, avoid contamination. Addition an economic unit in the chiller, subcooling the refrigerant, achieves energy saving effect.Control is designed to use MCGS configuration software and PLC programmable controller combines control method, through MCGS configuration software to complete data collection for field devices, real-time data show and history data processing,alarm monitoring, animation process control and display, through analyzing and processing these data,completion real-time monitoring of the entire field devices. PLC programmable controller to complete the entire refrigeration system logic control, design of the entire control system hardware structure and electrical main circuit, combined sensor and drive to achieve control of the whole milk cooling system.IPC and remote computers linked through the Internet, achieve remote control function, combined with dynamic monitors and data printer, completion of the operation site monitoring, implementation of automatic control and alarm.Through the design and commissioning, established a set of intelligent chiller control system basing on MCGS configuration software, the system implements the entire refrigerant technology control, save manpower and energy, milk production has a very good development prospects in the pasture. |
