With China's economic development, the rapid expansion of the scale of urban population, most of the city has been the lack of urban resources, urban road traffic congestion, urban environmental pollution, urban public space is small and so on. With the change of residents' living demand, the city scale needs to be expanded, the urban function needs to be strengthened, and the urban transportation system needs to be optimized. The traditional mode of ground transportation can not solve the increasingly serious urban disease, it needs to use new methods to solve these problems, it is necessary to advocate low-carbon green travel, promote urban rail transit as the dominant mode of urban traffic travel. At present, China's urban rail transit construction projects are not unified planning and construction, and the combination of urban development is not tight, some construction projects cycle is too long, have low land utilization, serious waste of urban limited resources and other issues. To alleviate these problems, the need to improve the site surrounding land use, to plan scientifically and manage intelligently for underground space development, in the project construction period, the construction side in strict accordance with the planning requirements. The integrated development model of urban rail transit station can effectively ease the pressure on the resource bottleneck of urban traffic development, and solve the problem of the total shortage of urban resources and low efficiency of use, and can effectively improve the efficiency of urban infrastructure and public services, improve the ability of self regulation of urban systems, resulting in more economic and social benefits. This paper focuses on the integrated development model of urban rail transit station and city. Through the use of this model for development and construction, improve the site and the surrounding land use, enhance the rail transport site and the surrounding areas of transport, commercial, office, living, entertainment, leisure and other functions, meet the needs of residents travel, office, entertainment and other living needs, promote the economic development of the site and the area along the line, reduce environmental pollution, save urban space resources, solution to meet the needs of residents travel, office, entertainment and other living needs, the development of urban rail transit problems.First of all, this paper introduces the research background, research purpose and significance. This paper expounds the urban road traffic problems in China, and the importance of the integrated development model of urban rail transit station and city. Secondly, the concept of the integrated development mode of the station and city is analyzed. This paper expounds the theoretical knowledge of the integration of station and city, on the basis of the relevant theory of carding mode, analyzes the application of the integrated development mode of urban rail transit station and city in China and abroad, summarizes the successful experience. Then, the integrated development mode of urban rail transit station and city is classified, the characteristics of the model are combed, to define the research object. To establish evaluation system for integrated development model of urban rail transit station and city. Using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is best to analyze it.Finally, to Lanzhou Rail Transit Line 1, part of the site as an example research, in view of the present situation and existing problems, puts forward suggestions for optimization. The content of this paper is to provide constructive reference for the construction of rail transit, and it is of great practical significance.
