With the power system reform unceasingly thorough,the power market of the power enterprises from production gradually shift to the type of business,in raw materials and related technologies and equipment are similar to that of the case,how to do a better economy for the electric power enterprise is a vital topic. In recent years,although the new energy,nuclear power and hydropower market share has improved,but the power in our country is still dominant.Take the Huaneng Anyuan power plant as an example,to find new profit growth point,we must have a new breakthrough in the consideration and Optimization on the economic.The power consumption rate is one of an important evaluation index of economic comparison directly.From the plant power consumption rate of the calculation principle of analysis factory with power and influence the composition of plant power consumption factors, through the design of process system, the main auxiliary equipment parameters matching and equipment selection for the innovation and optimization,these measures greatly reduces the factory uses electricity the load so that the plant electricity rate can be reduced. Taking Anyuan power plant as an example,the optimization design of the auxiliary power rate(including desulfurization and denitrification) was 3.36%,0.63% occupancy rate electricity plant desulfurization, denitration electricity rate of 0.01% occupied factory. In this paper,the design and optimization measures,reduce the power plant through the mentioned scientific calculation method,for power generation enterprises,design units in the new or renovation project for reference.
