Real-time economic analysis for power plant unit has significance on economic operation and energy saving of power plant. With the development of computer technology, using computers supply reliable guarantee to realize comprehensive monitor and management of the power plant unit for which safety and economic operation. Based on the primary data, this paper has studied and developed the secondary online computing model, which can reflect the operating efficient performance.The main contents are as follows:①Based on analyzing several kinds of computing models of the boiler efficiency,performance test code for utility boiler is selected as original version and a new boiler efficiency online computing model is presented, which only needing input the coal industrial analytical components and the main operating monitored parameters of the boiler can online compute the boiler efficiencies.②Heat deviation analytical method is adopted, which is used to analyze the influences which the main operational monitored parameters have on the economic performance of the power plant unit. The economic performance of the boiler is on-line diagnosed and analyzed by the monitoring operating parameters of the boiler.③On the base of the original cyclical function method, a general heater model is presented and cyclical function method is improved considering actual operating characteristics of thermodynamic system. The method makes calculation simpler and more suitable for requirement of real-time calculation. A comprehensive mathematical model of real-time thermal economical analysis for thermodynamic system is set up in this thesis, and it can be used to provide advice to economic operation of the power plant units .④Under consideration of off-design performance, The method of reference index of operating parameters for thermodynamic system is introduced. The improved cyclical function method is analyzed quantitatively through using the theory of the equivalent enthalpy drop and the real-time thermal consumption analysis can done.
