The auxiliary power ratio is one of the key factors to measure the economic type of a power plant.It intuitively shows the efficiency of energy conversion,the strength of energy-saving and emission reduction capabilities,and the economic benefits of the entire plant.In the ever-changing environment of today's science and technology,more targeted technologies and optimization have been born,and all aspects of thermal power generation have been more perfect,including naturally lower auxiliary power ratio.In order to optimize the auxiliary power ratio,we should first understand the structure and the proportion of each part.We must also reconstruct different parts to reduce consumption,and apply a more accurate statistical model to allow us to more realistically see the power consumption of the plant.In order to better optimize,more efficient optimization of auxiliary power ratio.This article takes the 660 MW unit as a research object and optimizes its design.First of all,analyze the composition of the power plant power plant to find the main impact conditions.The steam parameters,the quality of the coal,and the selection of some equipment have important influences on them,indicating the direction for the next study.Second,how to use the power plant to improve the auxiliary power ratio and the traditional algorithm to amend and in-depth study.From the planning of equipment installation location,optimization of system and parameters selection,selection of equipment models,matching optimization,introduction of new frequency conversion technologies,improvement of management operation modes,etc.,methods of improvement are proposed,in addition to linking traditional production and construction processes.The experience has optimized the conversion coefficient selected in the calculation process of the auxiliary power ratio.Finally,the new comprehensive conversion factor is brought into the calculation to obtain an improved auxiliary power ratio.The resulting value shows that it is closer to the plant electricity rate that is actually measured.The plant's actual measurement of the auxiliary power ratio is quite outstanding in a similar power plant,and as a result,its improvement saves electricity,and at the same time it more realistically responds to the auxiliary power ratio.
