The level of energy efficiency power plant boiler system has an important impact on production, energy, environment and so on. In recent years, with the concept of low-carbon economy is widely known by every industries, thermal power plants also proposed more stringent requirements for energy saving. Boiler system is an important component of thermal power plant, it’s energy efficiency has a great impact on the entire power plant’s energy conservation, saving costs and improving efficiency. However, currently, domestic power plants still use small index evaluation method to make judgments of boiler system’s energy efficiency, it is difficult to understand the boiler system’s operation level systematicly.The importance of boiler system’s energy efficiency evaluation studies is fully recognized, starting from the research boiler system efficiency analysis method, combined with the environmental impact indicators and fuel management indicators, a boiler’s efficiency evaluation system is established, and using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to build power plant boiler system efficiency evaluation model.Firstly, the research of energy efficiency analysis of the boiler system is conducted, and also establishing the mathematical model of energy efficiency. According to the exergy theory, the exergy analysis models, the exergy distribution model and the single boiler heating surface thermal system model were established. Then building the energy efficiency evaluation index system, establishing the multi-level plant boiler efficiency evaluation system, which provides a good theoretical basis for the scientific evaluation.In establishment of power plant boiler efficiency evaluation model, using entropy and expert appraisal method as the weight set method for the evaluation, which combines subjective and objective factors, is more scientific. Determine the overall energy efficiency of power plant boiler system using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model for the final evaluation.Finally, in order to1025t/h subcritical boiler unit for the study, using the proposed method to do the energy efficiency analysis and evaluation, the evaluation results are of good objectivity and accuracy. Significance of this study is to establish a complete boiler system efficiency evaluation model, overall analysis of the energy efficiency of power plant boiler system, and can draw real-time energy efficiency, making the site operating personnel can grasp and energy efficiency situation to understand boiler system for be optimized to provide a basis adjusted to improve efficiency, so that the background under low-carbon economy-fired power plants with high market competitiveness.
