In recent years, with the rapid development of the battery industry, automated battery equipment has become an important issue. Throughout battery production line, packing process automation is an important factor of production. To solve the lead-acid battery packing process relies entirely on artificial containers, not only workers labor-intensive, low productivity, poor product consistency issues need to design a model for all lead-acid batteries with automatic packing machine.In this paper, the design process of lead-acid batteries automatic packing machines for the structure are described. The characteristics and working principle of the programmable controller, servo system, elaborated Xinje XC5 series PLC in automatic packing machines, as well as describe the servo drives and touch screen features. Determined to Xinje XC5 PLC as the core control system, manual control of the automatic packing machine, automatic single-station control, automatic duplex control and control of axis zero position. Through the touch screen to achieve the interaction between man and machine, which simplifies the personnel to operate the equipment.Lead-acid batteries using an automatic packing machine, greatly reduce the labor intensity of workers, improve production efficiency, saving labor costs.
