Abstract/Summary:
Since the reform and opening up, China’s rapid economic and social development, the level of industrialization is significantly improved. In the past 30 years, China’s packaging industry with the help of the national policy is the rapid development. However, due to the extensive mode of development, China packaging production line automation is also very low, many packaging machinery, packaging equipment and technical accuracy compared to the foreign countries or large gap, and even a lot of product packaging or manual production. In order to improve the efficiency and cost, the packaging enterprises need to carry on the transformation and upgrading, and realize the automatic production of packaging products.According the specific circumstances for cooperative enterprises packaging bag production line, in the analysis of the enterprise’s production process and capacity requirements, test and demonstration of large, raised double station bag feeding way on the structure. Control system adopts the PLC of OMRON CP1 H type, comprehensive use of servo drive technology, step into the drive frequency conversion technology, control technology and modern sensor technology and other knowledge to achieve the packing bag high-speed automated production. The production line has been upgraded second times, its speed and reliability have been significantly improved.Automatic forming machine for inner packing bag is a set of automatic packaging line, which is a set of testing technology, mechanical design, pneumatic technology, electric drive and real-time control. The whole production line consists of a number of agencies, each agency is responsible for a process, each part of the division of labor, to complete the automatic bagging and sewing process of composite packaging bags.In this paper, according to the production process and the process of packaging bags are mainly designed and studied in the following aspects:1. The design of the whole mechanical structure of the automatic production line of the bagging machine is studied.2. The pneumatic and vacuum system is designed, and the composition of the pneumatic circuit and the function of the vacuum system are described.3. According to the mechanical structure design of the system control part. The control system is the core part of the automatic production line of the plug sewing machine.4. The whole hardware structure of the system is studied, the basic knowledge of the programmable controller is described, and the selection of components and the whole control logic program are introduced. The development and design of stepping drive, servo drive and frequency conversion control are introduced in detail.5. The PLC control software and the host computer system are designed to realize the real-time interaction between PLC and the host computer, which provides a platform for the user to monitor the automatic production line. The man-machine interface is an important part of the equipment, through the touch screen can finish bag parameter settings, real-time information, alarm prompts and other content.6.
