In order to improve the efficiency and cost, the packaging enterprises need to carry on the transformation and upgrading, and realize the automatic production of packaging products.According the specific circumstances for cooperative enterprises packaging bag production line, in the analysis of the enterprise’s production process and capacity requirements, test and demonstration of large, raised double station bag feeding way on the structure. Control system adopts the PLC of OMRON CP1 H type, comprehensive use of servo drive technology, step into the drive frequency conversion technology, control technology and modern sensor technology and other knowledge to achieve the packing bag high-speed automated production. The production line has been upgraded second times, its speed and reliability have been significantly improved.Automatic forming machine for inner packing bag is a set of automatic packaging line, which is a set of testing technology, mechanical design, pneumatic technology, electric drive and real-time control.
