| In the background of the increasing development of automation industry,the performance of the packaging machine is constantly improving.Comparing with the manual labor era,social science and technology has stepped into a fully automatic unmanned supervision system era.Through the analysis of the original production process of bag packaging,this paper redesigns the control system.On the basics of combining Siemens controller with the production task of packaging machine,new control method is used to realize the operation logic and communication of the control system,which has a higher level of automation than the traditional semi-automatic packaging machine.After consulting the relevant information and the market situation of the packaging machine,some research and exploration have been done on the communication processing and the stability of control program for machine.And try to improve the stability level of control with the greatest possibility.In this paper,the control part is described in detail.They include working principle,equipment selection,program structure allocation and sequence logic,software system,communication processing and so on.In the main part of the program,a large number of repeated debugging experiments have been carried out to attain the ideal state and the system has been reached the ideal state already.On the basis of realizing the control function of PID and USS communication,the program capacity is as short and concise as possible.A lot of cases have been referred to in the design of the program,and many functions are reformed to make it universal.The program in this control system can be applied to other types of control equipment by slightly reforming.In the hardware part,Siemens S7-1200 PLC is used in the controller of the packaging machine.The controller has unique advantages in analog signal processing,PID control,shaft control and so on.This characteristic is suitable for the operation of packaging machine system in stability.At the same time,in the aspect of power drive,motor control combines USS communication protocol with touch screen,frequency conversion and so on.It not only cancels a lot of solid keys on the control panel of traditional packaging machine,but also makes the complex control process more refinement. |
