The mechanical transmission of the traditional packaging machine is complex and slow,low precision,single packing species,bad versatility,long development cycle, which can not adapt the growing of diversification and personalized needs of packaging.Studying and designing the three servo pillow packing machine in this article is a kind of packaging equipment,which can automatically complete feeding, deliver the membrane,makes the bag,pulls the membrane hauling,vertical seals,seals the transverse cutting horizontally,end product output and other processes,adapting for the general block packaging material, tube shape regular goods,irregular shaped goods,for example:biscuits,cakes,cosmetics,paper towels and so on.Packing speed is fast ,and the movement precision is high,when product specifications changed, you just need to simply adjust the software parameters.Three servos actuate for the material conveyer,the packing membrane, the knife of horizontal seal separately,causes packaging machine's three essential axes,the material,the membrane, the knife distinction individual drive.Through PLC and the server coordination control,realizes the multiple spindle's coordinated exercise control,completes three axes's coordination about the feeding,to deliver the membrane as well as the horizontal seal and broken axis. Using the electronic axis to realize the synchro drive,has abbreviated the tedious gear chain structure,reduced the mechanical vibrations and the attrition, enables the mechanical rotational speed to enhance.This article study and design the content about the three servo pillow packing machine,as follows:Firstly,according to the technical parameter,the production request,analyzes packaging machine's technical process,carries on the entire distribution to the packaging machine,the request is compact structure,easy operation, beautiful appearance.Secondly,according to packaging machine's working procedure flow,can develop the transmission scheme,allocate a reasonable transmission ratio,Determine the movement and dynamic parameters,draw a clear diagram of transmission directly.Third,The principal executive body of packaging machine includes feeding, delivers the membrane, makes the bag,pulls the membrane and hauls,vertical seals, horizontal seal and cut,product output.Reasonably select and design the executive body,for every component can effectively complete the packaging requirements,and make the structure simple and compact, and easely to process and operate.Fourth,determining the control scheme,in order to the various movements of packaging machine coordinately operate.Through PLC and servo control system coordination control,complete packaging machine's requirements of synchronization and accurate localization,achieve high-speed, high accuracy packaging.The study and design of the three servo pillow packing machine in this article have the following characteristic,a wide range of packing,good versatility,fast packing speed,high precision,simple structure,stable performance,the advanced level of control,low noise,high efficiency, easy operation, the outward appearance of modeling focus on aesthetic design,control and operation tends user-friendly.It's a positive significance of China's development packaging industry.
