Evaluation And Research On Quality Management Of The 220kV Substation Project In Western Suburbs Of Dongsheng

Electric power industry is one of the most important foundation energy industries during the development of national economy. The substation is the key link in the transmission and distribution of power grid construction, and it plays a critical role in the whole project. The quality level of substation project gives a direct impact on the safety and stable operation of whole power grid. In addition, normal production and life will be influenced as well. So it's important to evaluate the quality level of substation project roundly.As the 220 kV substation project in western suburbs of Dongsheng, we establish the evaluation index system and model in order to evaluate the overall quality of the construction project roundly. In this paper, the specific content is divided into the following five parts. In the first part we sum up the related research about quality management of the substation project both here and abroad, and analyze the present situation and research direction of quality management of the substation project. Then we expounds the theory of substation project quality management detailedly. Combined with all these fundamental theory, we introduce comprehensive evaluation method which has used to evaluate the quality management of the substation project commonly. Finally we choose the combined method of Delphi method and fuzzy synthetic evaluation model after comparison. According to construction principles and literature statistics method,we establish the evaluation index system. After the discussion, the evaluation index system consists of 3 first-grade and 10 second-grade indexes which are decided by the experts. We showed the content of testing and evaluating index which is convenient for the experts to give score. After showed the general situation of the 220 kV substation project in western suburbs of Dongsheng, we use the Delphi method to determine the index weights and constructs the membership degree matrix of the evaluation indexes to evaluate 220 kV substation project in western suburbs of Dongsheng by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. Accord to the results, we give some instructions.
