Research On Quality Management Of Smart Substation Construction Projects

With the development of China's economic level and the improvement of people's living standards,the demand for power grid is getting higher and higher.How to provide stable electric energy with high efficiency,energy saving and environmental protection is the enterprise goal and power of State Grid Company.In recent years,with the continuous development of artificial intelligence,smart grid is also in full swing in the construction.The quality of intelligent substation construction plays an important role as a relay station for electric energy conversion.The quality management of substation project construction is characterized by high investment,complex structure and various influencing factors,so it is necessary for the construction unit to study the quality management of substation construction project.In this paper,on the basis of fully research project quality management theory,with the help of brainstorming method,Delphi expert consultation method of transformer substation construction project according to the different period of project construction,from the project before construction,construction process,engineering construction,the three stages,using the method of 5M1 E from personnel,materials,machinery,methods,environment and measuring six aspects to carry on the analysis,based on the 110 kv model of intelligent substation construction quality management principles to generalization of different elements,build the index system of substation project quality management,and use the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,evaluation model is established.Finally through the analysis to find the project construction project quality management and improve the deficiencies.This article through to the transformer substation construction project quality management factors affecting the identification and evaluation of transformer substation construction project quality management evaluation model is set up,for the future intelligent substation WQ Grid provided a reference for the quality management of construction projects,in order to reduce in the course of the construction of the transformer substation construction project quality management to provide important help,has a certain theoretical significance and practical value.
