Research On Influence Factors Of Economic Operation Of Wind Power Project And Countermeasures

Wind power has developed rapidly in recent years,a lot of wind power projects have been built in China. However, with the increase of the number of wind power projects and the number of years of operation, the economic problems of wind power operation have become more and more prominent. In the wind power operation,operation and maintenance mode, management mode, electrical equipment, wind turbines and other external environment such as meteorological environment, national policy, wind power grid connection have problems. These problems will have a negative impact on the economic operation, and thus affect the economic and social benefits of wind power projects. Therefore, to analyze and solve the problems in the operation of the wind power project has become the only way for the development of wind power projects. Researching on the current situation of the operation and management of the wind power project, putting forward the existing problems,exploring the feasible improvement measures, which have profound significance for the long-term development of the wind power project. Following the preceding logic,this paper has carried out the corresponding research and discussion.Based on the systematically illustrating the relevant theories and research achievements of Interpretative Structural Modeling Method and Decision Making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory Method, and combining with problems existing in the actual operation of the wind power project, this paper proposes a DEMATEL-ISM method to build the structure model of the economic operation of wind power projects in order to meet the requirements of economic operation of the wind power project.(1) Through the literature research and practical research, based on the economic operation of thermal power, hydropower and other related power generation system,the concept of economic operation of wind power project is put forward, and its purpose and significance are defined.(2) Through the research on the problems existing in the actual operation of the wind power project, this paper analyzes the effects on the operation economy of various factors, from three aspects such as external environment, technology,management to identify the impact factors and establishes economic operation factors system of wind power project.(3) Through the DEMATEL-ISM method, the influence factor system is divided into the hierarchy,we can clearly get their importance and level of relationship in theeconomic operation. And the connotation of each factor and its own attributes are deeply excavated and analyzed.(4) It is concluded that affect wind power project of economic operation of the first layer factors include national policy, unit power characteristics, the unit utilization,unit adaptability to wind conditions, grid compatibility, electricity price fluctuation and grid acceptance, all this factors in the first layer are directly influencing factors. The second layer factor is equipment reliability. The third layer factors include spare parts management, operation monitoring system, fault diagnosis,analysis and management of operational data, safety management, technical supervision and management. Fourth layer factors is the meteorological environment and personnel training management, they are the deep impact factors.Accordingly, the corresponding specific measures and suggestions such as strengthening the response to the meteorological environment, strengthening the construction of staff, strengthening the management of wind power operation,strengthening the national support policies, improving the level of wind power technology, and improving the measures of in-grid wind power are put forward in order to provide some reference for wind power managers.
