Traditional distribution network developing towards smart distribution grid development, in order to understand the operation of the distribution network more clearly and thoroughly, advanced applications such as information analysis are the inevitable trend of the development of smart distribution network. Meanwhile inclement weather disasters lightning, typhoon disasters do distribution network equipment frequently and a large area of damage. Distribution network risk assessment to the distribution network operation status of the pre judgment and formulate corresponding measures, is conducive to distribution network stability, fast recovery power supply and efficient operation. In this paper, based the study of characteristics of typhoon prone and lightning frequency in the southern coastal areas of China, the three part is about the risk of lightning disaster, the risk of typhoon disaster, and the analysis of the characteristics of distribution network failures.Firstly, the risk assessment and data processing methods are introduced. Based on the existing data information and Monte Carlo simulation model, a multi dimension data simulation model is built. The model is based on the objectivity and subjectivity.Secondly, the lightning current model and the lightning overvoltage model of distribution network are established, and the probability density function of the distribution network equipment is obtained. According to the severity of lightning disaster, the power emergency is divided into four levels, and the risk model of lightning disaster is put forward, and the results are calculated and analyzed according to the modified RTBS bus 6 system.Subsequently, based on Meteorological part of typhoon forecast information and distribution network geographic map put forwards the establishment of distribution network typhoon path information in graph, the establishment of wire disaster risk assessment model and pole disaster risk evaluation model, based on the former set distribution network disaster risk model and build cyclone power grid emergency supplies the optimal allocation strategy, and analysis case.At last, based on the climate and environment in South China, the fault indicator system is established, and the integrated risk assessment model is established, and a case study is conducted in the south of China.The risk assessment method for disaster prevention in the coastal areas of China, which is based on the consideration of bad weather, is proposed in this paper. The distribution network lightning risk can draw equipment lightning damage distribution network risk and minimum outage unit block area blackout risk. Distribution network disaster risk assessment of typhoon disaster risk distribution network can be obtained. The optimal allocation strategy of emergency material is to shorten the time of emergency response. Fault comprehensive risk assessment of power distribution network leads to the failure characteristics of wires in different regions and time dimensions. The case study results show that these methods can help the distribution network security, stability and efficient operation.
