| With the rapid development of power grid, the equipments managed by power enterprises are increasing and the need of safety appliance is also rapidly increasing. The quality of the safety equipment will directly impact the safety of people, power grid and equipment during the process of production. So the efficient safety appliance management is important to protect the security personnel and construction activities.Nowadays, the management of safety equipment in Rao Yang power supply enterprise contains a series of work, including purchase, use and rejection, etc. It involves many departments and has a great heavy of work load. The way of manual management already could not meet the need of safety equipment management. Radio Frequency Identification(RFID) is an identification technology which is widely used in the field of logistics management, including electric power material management. So the management plan based on RFID is the trend.Based on the actual demand analysis of safety equipment management, a design scheme on RFID safety equipment management was developed, UML modeling was adopted in this thesis.With the use case diagram, this thesis designed the main cases and described the safety equipment management process. A framework of safety equipment management system based on RFID was constructed, each part of the management system was described in detail, the hardware equipment selection and the function modules of the software were provided. At last,the use of safety hat was used to demonstrate this system. The result shows the effect of management and proves that it can reduce the cost of human resources and improve the economic benefits.The design scheme on RFID safety equipment management will lay a foundation for the realization of the system. And the development and application of the system will effectively improve the efficiency and benefit of the safety appliance management. |
