Power supply network is the important infrastructure of modern cities, and urban distribution network is the end of the power supply, and its safe and reliable operation directly affects the lives of millions of households. Therefore, distribution network is very important for the development of a city and the improvement of people’s living standards. In order to accelerate and promote the basic development of electric power industry and ensure the sustainable, stable and healthy development of electric power industry at county level, and meet the demand of the national economy and social development, it is urgent to plan a low voltage distribution network for the current situation of China’s low voltage distribution network. Taking the low voltage distribution network planning project of Shanshan County Urban District as the basis, this paper introduces the current situation of the medium and low voltage distribution network and its transformation method in detail, and makes a yearly plan according to the present situation of urban distribution network in the Shanshan country.The research background and current situation of the medium and low voltage distribution network planning are summarized in the paper. Then, this paper introduces the power load forecast and some common methods, and then introduces the technical principle of middle and low voltage distribution network planning in the aspects of 110 k V substation construction, 10 k V medium voltage distribution network, low voltage distribution network,transformer station area reform, medium and low voltage metering device plan and reactive power compensation plan in detail. Based on the planning principle, introduceing the study methods of medium voltage distribution network planning in detail from three aspects that the current situation analysis of the medium voltage distribution network(10k V), the planning method, and the medium voltage plan in the Shanshan county. The low voltage station area and low voltage circuit are the bridge between the user and the user, so on the basis of which the method and the research results of the low voltage distribution network plan are introduced intensively in the next. At the end of this paper, the planning methods of measuring device and reactive power compensation are introduced. Through the detailed introduction of the above contents, combined with the specific planning and assessment effects of Shanshan County, the planning method and its research has strong practical and theoretical values. |
