With the development of the power system,the power communication network is gradually formed and developed.As a new generation of power communication network and a carrier platform for integrated services,the quality of network planning directly affects the development of multiple types of services it carries.In order to further comprehensively improve the business support capabilities of the communication network,support the development of the power grid,improve the company’s management level,and improve the development quality and level of the power communication network in Baicheng,this paper conducts a planning study on the power communication network in Baicheng.This article first analyzes the current status of the backbone communication network and 10 k V access network in Baicheng area,further studies its existing problems,and analyzes the power communication network in Baicheng area in conjunction with the overall planning of Baicheng urban power grid development,referring to relevant standards and technical specifications.According to the business requirements of the city,prefectural and county companies are selected as the sections,and the visual prediction and elasticity coefficient method are used to predict the bandwidth of the power communication network in Baicheng area.Finally,the planning plan of the transmission network,service network,support network,and 10 k V communication access network in Baicheng area is given,and the effectiveness analysis of this plan is made to make the network planning more practical.
