With the sustained, rapid economic development, railway construction has entered a rapid development period, the number of passenger station is also increasing. Traffic safety is the livelihood of the event. Recent years, since safety assessment can overcome the vulnerability of traditional evaluation methods, so this approach has been applied in every industry in our country now. The method can assess in advance possibility of the accident, so that people can take to protect the results of the assessment methods, effective prevention of accidents, in order to achieve the purpose of the prevention of accidents. Therefore, the introduction of this method in the railway passenger transport and the evaluation of the present situation advice for effective prevention of accidents is particularly necessary.The main research contents of this paper are:(1)In the past, research scholars from various countries as the basis, according to the actual situation, the railway passenger station traffic safety issues were explored in depth, and made a summary analysis of the system; starting from the basis of safety evaluation system to explore, under the premise of the above analysis, we summarize the models and methods of evaluation: the quantitative and qualitative analysis combined with the overall evaluation.(2)Constructed its system of indicators by the station operator safety evaluation system characteristic analysis, we will use AHP, fuzzy evaluation, neural network evaluation method, gray relational analysis of these four methods of analysis and design of the railway passenger station traffic-related safety assessment process. Provide some reference for the work of the railway passenger station traffic safety evaluation.(3)Right this paper using Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) to obtain the factors of weight and check the revised weights, will combine the entropy law, the establishment of comprehensive evaluation model railway passenger station traffic safety fuzzy, and in the evaluation process, optimization a single index circular distribution subordinate function membership conditions.(4)In Baotou Railway Station, for example, combined with the actual situation of the station, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model Baotou station simulation analysis, the final results of its evaluation to see make relevant recommendations of improved observations, to better address the actual traffic in Baotou Station safety management problems to provide some theoretical basis.
