Time, cost and quality have always been the main three goal of the high-rise residential building project construction process in management and control, as well as contractors(construction contractors) are most concerned about the goal. Project owner unit, supervision unit and construction unit, its work should focus on the three objectives and expand. Time, cost, and quality have its own meaning and control methods, which can not be substituted and equated, but there is a dialectical relationship between the unity of opposites of each other.From the angle of construction general contract enterprise, it is impossible to achieve the optimal of a high-rise residential building project’s time limit, cost and quality objectives. In this paper, only from the Angle of the high-rise residential building project construction general contract enterprise, aimed at seeking a high-rise residential building project "quality, cost, time limit for a project" integrated optimization method of the three objectives.First of all, through the analysis of relevant literature at home and abroad, this paper discusses the main problems existing in the research field of the time, cost, quality and the significance of the research in this field. After that, it analyzes and defines the research object of this paper-- high rise residential building project, and briefly analyzes the perspective of this research, that is, the construction general contract model. Then, based on the research of the relationship between the three objectives of project duration, quality and cost, and the theory of multiple objective linear programming, the "quality-cost-time integrated optimization model" is discussed and build, which is based on the engineering quality as the first optimization goal and the construction cost as the second optimization objective and the construction period is third. The model is mainly done in the following exploration:(1)considering the relationship between the overlap in the construction process of high-rise residential building projects construction, this kind of overlap relationship can be directly in the project duration optimization calculation;(2)considering the high-rise residential building project in lanzhou area within the scope of the construction essential " winter break period ", the length of the "winter break period" is not only affects the length of the project construction period, but also affects the construction unit of construction cost, this influence relationship got fully reflected in the model;(3)this article also studies time-cost-quality dynamic control program for a project based on the earned value method, the dynamic control program on the basis of the traditional earned value method is added the analysis of engineering quality control.Finally, the paper introduces a high-rise residential building engineering project in a residential area of lanzhou as an example, set up the "quality-cost-time integrated optimization model" of the project, and the optimization calculation is carried out. From the point of the results of optimization calculation, the integrated optimization model which takes the quality as the first optimization goal, cost for the second optimization goal and time limit for the third optimization goal, can not only meet the expectations of construction unit, but also can meet the requirements of the construction unit.
