| New rural housing construction is an important component content of the new rural construction, is directly related to the quality of life of farmers and rural development outlook. The rural housing construction in Hot Summer and Cold Winter area has not only the general problem of rural housing construction, but also has its special problems about the local climate and environment. Currently, efforts to improve the living conditions of hot summer and cold winter area rural housing, improve building environmental performance, both to comply with the development requirements of the times and meet the environmental protection policy. It is a good subject worth exploring, and has important theoretical significance and application value.This paper takes hot summer and cold winter area rural housing as the object of study and new rural ecological construction as the entry point. Through the collection of relevant literature and reading, field investigations and analysis of relevant case, put out the theory and method of new rural ecological construction in hot summer and cold winter area.
