Screw compressor is widely used in many fields because of its simple structure,stable gas supply capacity,long service life and the ability to adapt to various environments.The critical part of the screw compressor,is the prow,which is power source of the whole compressor;while the core of the prow is the inter-meshing of the positive and negative rotator.The mating surface of the rotator is a complex spiral curved surface,which requires high manufacturing precision and measurement.In the practical measuring application,there are still problems such as the method is not unified,too much randomness,the efficiency is low,the accuracy and the precision repeatability is poor and so on.There are also many problems in the way of fixture.It is very necessary to establish a set of automatic measuring schemes,which are reasonable and scientific.They can effectively improve the measuring efficiency and ensure the accuracy and stability.This paper firstly introduces the current situation and the main problems of rotator measurement in China and abroad.Aiming at the structural characteristics and accuracy requirements of the screw,a set of automatic measuring schemes are put forward by using CMM.Compared with the traditional method,the proposed method has obvious advantages,The first,the theoretical data is designed to lead in to ensure the accuracy of the measuring datum;Secondly,excellent hardware facilities and scientific planning methods based on the mathematical model,ensure the stability and accuracy of the measurement.On the basis of the implementation,three important norms of the CMM are also made a detailed analysis: MPEE?MPEP and MPETHP.For the problem of uncertainty in the measuring process,this paper puts forward some significant proposals and gives a reference method for calculation.
