The single-screw compressor is a new type of screw compressor, which develops in abroad in 70th, mainly depending on the accurate mesh of the star-rotor and screw to carry out its work process. In the domestic, only a few factories can produce, and there still have a lot of problems to resolve in theory and practice. Especially the research and consummate of profiles and the processing of the meshing pair is the main issue that people have been studying all the time. If the choice of a line is not reasonable, the tooth face of gate-rotor will wear away very quickly, and the cleft will become big very quickly; the volumetric efficiency of compressor will be reduced; the efficiency and the credibility of the machine will be reduced. If the choice of a line is reasonable, the credibility and the life of the single screw compressor will be resolved. Beyond all doubt, with the development of the single screw compressor, the request to the profiles of the mesh vice will be higher; accordingly, the request to the machined precision of the screw will be higher too. The purpose of this topic is exactly for researching and studying this problem.Firstly, the meshed mechanics between the gate rotors and screw of the single screw compressor are analyzed, and the meshed mechanics of two lines of engagement on flank through the method of numerical calculation are analyzed. So corresponding numeric control five-axis equipment and produced the single screw that is one of the key parts that is first envelope curve in single screw compressor are manufactured. Secondly, based on the first envelope curve theory, the other key part of single screw compressor that is second envelope curve gate rotors was produced according to dynamic engage mould which is a special manufacture technique. This text analyzed the dynamic meshing process of the star-rotor and screw of the screw compressor, with the beginning of the mesh of the gate-rotor and main-rotor of the screw compressor; made use of its mesh principle to study and analyzed research the cutting process of numerically controlled cutting with five coordinates, then built up the homologous mathematics model; on the basis of the mathematics model, designed homologous procedure with the usage of the C++ language, using the C++Builder5.0; and combine the three-dimensional drawing system Pro/E to designed the homologous procedure ,then simulate the process of producing some points of a screw slot, so that the three-dimensional drawing of the flank of a screw slot can be achieved.Applying method of numerical calculation and proceeding three-dimensional emulation, with example of the manufacture of the single screw and the star-wheels, it validate the correctness of this generated molded line on base of envelope theory and the scientific machining craft. |
