Study On Cold Area Of Residential Outdoor Space Design Of Yechenglinyu Residential District In Anyang

The acceleration of new urbanization has prompted the rapid development of urban construction,but a large number of residential stack is not the same as the improvement of the urban residents living environment,cold area residential area outer space construction exists many problems,such as unable to meet the demand of the activities of the residents’ diversity,can not effectively use the outer space,etc.In this paper,through the study of cold region residential outer space design gimmick,to create more positive space makes residents activity communication,improving the utilization ratio of residential outer space in cold area,meet the demand of residents of different outdoor activities and exchanges,increase the purpose of the neighborhood relationship.Starting from cold area residents of different behavior psychology,puts forward residential area outer space design technique,construction of residential area outer space in the cold region has a certain guiding significance.In this paper,the focus of study is on different layers of external space in cold area,building height and space to surround close relationship.Research difficulty is cold region climate factors the negative impact of external space environment,meet the demand of special crowd psychology of outer space.The innovation point is the design gimmick of close curtilage space from different building height to explore different size surround close,according to the sunshine time and surround close degree to strip the outer space into open public space,node space,nearly home privacy space and the edge space four levels.First described the concept of space outside of residential in cold areas,analyzing the negative impact of climate characteristics of residential space outside in cold areas,the relevant theory basic research.Secondly,the status of residential outside space construction in cold areas in-depth analysis,summarize defined in the spatial structure,space,landscaping,the presence of public service facilities configuration problems.Later,to solve these problems is put forward after the design technique of the residential outer space in cold area,including rich space level,creating pleasant scale and sense in the field of positive space,meet the demand of special crowd psychological space,follow the spatial landscape greening of climate factors improve the public service facilities space.Finally,the theory applied to YechengLinyu residential district exterior space design projects,research results more scientific and landed property.
