With the rapid development of our country economy and technology,the increase of industrial production and living needs power,planning and construction made great achievements in power system,at the same time,the state also on power system stability and security issues proposed further requirements.In this paper,according to the safety condition of transmission tower,the on-line monitoring system of the portable transmission tower is established.The monitoring principle and software and hardware design of the transmission tower and insulator flashover are studied.Tower overturning monitoring mainly from the tower foundation offset,tilt angle,and arm stress.The tower overturning data variety makes maintenance personnel who can watch data from different observation angles,it is concluded that the tower overturning information,this way not only increases the tower overturning monitoring reliability,but also the tower overturning predictions are provided more basis and data support.In addition,the transmission tower overturning phenomenon and the environment temperature and humidity make a difference;tower foundation peripheral may due to rainfall infiltration leads to landslides.Therefore,the temperature and humidity of the environment as one of the comprehensive status will be great significance.On the other hand,the insulator flashover monitoring is done by the Roche coil and the measuring circuit,and the output voltage is the square wave pulse signal.To design the data acquisition system and wireless communication system and in the design of software and hardware.Tower condition monitoring system is divided into data acquisition system and PC system,the data acquisition system with 32-bit ARM processor as the main control chip,and complete condition information from the wireless transmission of data acquisition system to the host computer through the communication module.Design the data management system.Data acquisition system tower condition information through GSM network real-time transmission to the host machine system,the host computer system of data receiving terminal receives the information and the after treatment of analytic to send data to the computer by USB communication,the computer software system will save received data and historical data,in the form of a meander line display on the computer,the user can control the displacement curve by function button.To facilitate the staff view.Equipment installation and data acquisition in transmission tower site.Equipment is running in the 110 KV line of Chongqing,and to measure the relevant data.Finally,the observation data draw the conclusion.The system can real-time monitoring of transmission tower comprehensive status information,in order to react in real time to a high-voltage transmission tower of the security situation,the monitoring system has the characteristics of high precision,good stability,safety and strong,it can provide a basis for power lines safe stable operation,and improve the safety and reliability of the power grid system.
