With the modern economic development,the contaminative source of every locality area increases continuously,such as the smoke and dust,waste gas,sandstorm.All of the factorses produce seriously influence to power system.The article introduces new methods and thinking about anti-flashover in China.These include several' aspects.Using saturate salt density value divides dirty districts' pollution grade;Using partial surface conductivity detect insulators'contamination;Using the method of on-line monitoring system for insulator expresses insulator's situation.The article is discussed combinating Xinjiang region condition using these methods.The article studies the forecast of flashover.Flashover's happening have close relation with local meteorology.so flashover is studied only through local meteoroIogy.Through setting up BP neural-network modeling which connect with annual rainfall and air temperature of contaminant period,the secondary year's flashover can be foreseed. Utilizing matlab software.the modeling effect is analyzed through simulink.The result indicates it is effective to apply the modeling.The article introduces a method for insulator on-line monitoring,which differs the common ones.The method applies fuzzy theory.First,the article introductes the fuzzy alarm model which based leakage current and air humid. Then,another fuzzy alarm model which is improved by based on leakage current,air humid and temperature.The aiticle introduces a method of multi-factorial fuzzy decision which is used to solve the problem about tendency of insulator's pollution flashover.Leakage current,air humid and temperature which are gathered through on-line monitoring apparatus are used there.By using the first and second fuzzy synthesize-decision,We can know the tendency of insulator's pollution flashover in short time.Leakage current and air humid are data that on-line monitoring system for insulator need to gather.The article presents the application technology of serial communication and ODBC in VC,and how to store the data of serial port into data source file.The method achieves the function that are gather on time and inquire at any time.
