The Implementation Of The Skeleton Structure Of The SI System Of Residence And Its Quality Assurance

Our country has a growing demand in housing market resent years, with the rapid development of economy?people's changing their way of life and the standard of living is increasing day by day, higher and higher requirements for houses are put forward by people, realizing the "variability?flexibility and diversity are the main trends of future residential development. SI system of residence can meet these demands for houses as a new kind of building concept having its own unique construction technology, thus, the research of SI system residence is one of the main research direction of our country's residential researches.The SI system of residence are divided into two parts—skeleton structure and the infill, the study of the skeleton structure is one of the most important parts. The construction methods of the skeleton structure of the SI system of residence include the traditional way of cast-in-situ and the new way of industrialization, however, many scholars in our country connect the SI system of residence with the house industrialization at this stage, choose a construction method that fits SI system well and can make sure the quality of the structure is really very important in our country.This paper are divided into two parts, the first part is to choose a better construction method for the skeleton of the SI system of residence, the second part is to analysis how to make sure the quality of the residence. The paper first put forward the question of which construction method of the skeleton of the SI system of residence to choose, and aiming at this problem, this paper firstly analyze the research situation of the SI system of residence?housing industrialization construction quality management theory at home and abroad, and then analyze the develop situation of the CSI system of residence and its skeleton in-depth. This paper use the method of AHP base on EXCEL, choose 17 factors that influence the consequence of the construction method we choose for the skeleton, and analyze the each one in two aspect. The better construction method is chose by calculating the scores acquiring from the experts interview base on EXCEL, and then analyze how to make sure the quality of the skeleton. This paper analyze the quality problems existed in the residence at present and put forward the specific measures of using the idea of the concurrent engineering and the fine management from the perspective of the management.
