The Research On Envelop System And Development Policy Of Steel Structure Residence In Housing Industrialization

Over the recent years, the completed residential housing areas in China have exceeded 10 billion square meters per year. And such increase is expected to continue for a long period. However, the great increase has been achieved at the expense of heavy energy consumption and serious pollution. So housing industrialization is a vital policy to transform the constructing of residential housing in our country from extensive production model tointensive model, to improve the quality of residential building, and to save energy. All of these are very vital to our country.Steel structure residential housing system has many characteristic such as easy to be industrialized construction, energy saving, water saving, ground saving, material saviving, and sustainable development. Because all of these are accordant to the hard core of our country's housing industrialization, steel structure residence house system is an ideal residential construction system.China is one of the largest steel producer in the world with an annual outputreaching over 1 billion tons. The kinds and sizes of steel product are increasing day by day. This has laid a solid material foundation for developing steel structure residential housing system. Although with the hard work of our country's engineer, the structure problems of steel structure residential housing system almostly have been conquered, there are still two difficultiesFirstly, now our country lacks suitable envelop system to steel structure residential housing system. The development of steel structure residential housing system's envelop system should combine with our country's wall materials innovation & energy saving in building, let's them supplement each other. Utilize the wall materials innovation & energy saving in building plocy to study and produce new-style wall materials that can be suitable to steel structure residential housing system. On the other hand it will promot our country's wall materials innovation & energy saving policy tobe realized.Second, although some steel structure residential housings have been finished inour country, we are still lack of systematic polcy acording to the development of steel structure residential housings in our country. In the article, I think we should follow the rule of housing industrialization to develop our country's steel structure residential housings. We should establish such policy that the government take the role of constituting macro-policy, the enterprise preside over the implement of steel structure residential housings, and the demonstration bases form the carrier.In the article, I study the two problem in order to promote the development of steel structure residential housing in our country.
