The social economy has driven the rapid development of the automobile industry.The number of private vehicles in modern social life has been increasing year by year.Correspondingly,the speed of parking infrastructure construction is lagging behind.Therefore,it is necessary to pay attention to the difficulty of parking and actively explore effective ways and path to solve the parking problem.Effective ways to solve the problem of parking difficulties include the addition of underground parking lots and the use of available space to meet parking requirements.The stereo garage plays an important role in this process.By analyzing the domestic and foreign scholars’ research on the auto-stereo garage and warehouse,this paper takes the plane mobile stereo garage as the research object,and based on the queuing theory,sets the I/O quantity of the plane mobile stereo garage.Combined with the control and service characteristics of the automation stereo garage,the three-stage parking space allocation strategy for the plane mobile stereo garage is designed as follows:(1)The first stage uses the gray neural network combination model to predict the stay time in the vehicle warehouse;(2)In the second stage,based on the prediction of the stay time in the vehicle warehouse,the multi-color set theory is used to realize the parking space partition in the warehouse;(3)The third stage uses the fruit fly algorithm to optimize the allocation of parking spaces on the basis of the parking space partition in the warehouse.The simulation results show that the three-stage parking space allocation strategy designed in this thesis effectively reduces the queue length of customers,waiting time of customers,equipment energy consumption and service time of customers.The service level and the customer’s satisfaction of the plane mobile stereo garage has been improved.The main research process includes the following aspects:(1)Briefly describe the type of automated stereo garage,using the average waiting time,the average waiting queue,the average energy consumption,and the average service time as the efficiency evaluation standard of stereo garage.Taking the plane mobile stereo garage as the research object and according to the arrival frequency of different vehicles,queuing theory is used to set the number of I/Os in the plane mobile stereo garage.The number of I/O ports in the plane mobile stereo garage when different vehicle arrival frequencies are used to improve operating efficiency of the plane mobile stereo garage.The plane mobile stereo garage parking equipment,the access vehicle process and the establishment of mathematical models are introduced.(2)The Unified Modeling Language(UML)object-oriented approach is used to describe and model the static structure and dynamic behavior of the planar mobile stereo garage system.The description of the design phase and the model are transformed into concrete code implementations in an object-oriented approach.Under the principle of nearest parking space allocation,the simulation program of the parking space allocation in the plane mobile stereo garage is compiled.According to the simulation results,the UML object-oriented modeling process is in line with the effectiveness of the actual garage operation.(3)The gray model and back propagation(BP)neural network are used to predict the stay time in the vehicle warehouse and the relative errors are 46.34% and 51.08%,respectively.Combining the advantages of gray model and BP neural network,the gray neural network combined model is used to predict the stay time of the vehicle in the vehicle warehouse and the relative error of the prediction is reduced to 15.236%.It proves that the grey neural network combination model is better than the single prediction of the BP neural network and the grey theory,which improves the prediction accuracy.The vehicle mass,equipment energy consumption,service time and vehicle stay time in the plane mobile stereo garage are used as the basis for the plane mobile stereo garage parking space partition.The multi-color set theory is used to realize the parking space partition in the plane mobile stereo garage.(4)Based on the garage partition,the optimal allocation of parking spaces is carried out by particle swarm algorithm and fruit fly algorithm respectively.The efficiency optimization index of parking space allocation is analyzed and compared,and the effectiveness of fruit fly algorithm in parking space allocation is proved.By comparing the efficiency index under the nearest parking space allocation principle and under the principle of three-stage parking space allocation,it is proved that the three-stage parking space allocation strategy designed in this thesis is better than the nearest parking space allocation principle.The operational efficiency goal is guaranteed that the average waiting time of customers is small,the average waiting queue length of customers is short,the average energy consumption of equipment is low,and the vehicle service time is short.The rationality and feasibility of the three-stage parking space allocation strategy are verified and provides reference for the future research of the stereo garage.
