Currently,most high-power LED lights are used for cooling by natural convection of air that is bulky,heat dissipation is poor,slow heat and refrigeration of semiconductor chip can be more and better applied in small occasions.As long as the semiconductor refrigeration technology can be applied to the high power LED heat dissipation,and its cost is widely accepted,then the world has a huge environmental significance and economic significance.This thesis respectively and longitudinally simply introduced LED lighting and semiconductor refrigeration technology development present situation,from foreign to domestic introduce the present situation and development trend of domestic and foreign of semiconductor refrigeration technology and semiconductor refrigeration technology used in the high power LED lights.Its application in the high power of the majority of the patents that given the use of the basic ideas and methods,not given the specific characteristics and performance.In this paper in order to get the basic law and the advantages and disadvantages of high power LED lights that is application in high power LED lights,Through semiconductor refrigeration chip principle and related information for detailed analysis,the analysis of the proposed application coupling conception and carried out a feasibility analysis and calculation,and obtains the coupling idea is feasible.According to the semiconductor refrigeration device and high power LED lights coupling conception,design and construction of the semiconductor refrigeration technology applied to high power LED lights performance and characteristics of the circuit,in order to build a good experimental circuit based experiment and calculation analysis of the high power LED lights temperature coefficient K=-2.31mV/?,with the official published in constant current 300mA-2.20mV/? basic consistent.It is verified the theory: the initial node initial modest positive voltage has a negative linear relationship;analysis of semiconductor refrigeration technology applied to high power LED lamp of the basic law and semiconductor refrigeration technology with the advantages and disadvantages application in LED lights.These conclusions verify the theoretical research on the part of the thesi,which also has some guiding significance for the application of semiconductor refrigeration technology to high power LED lights.In this thesis,Combined with the advantages and disadvantages of semiconductor refrigeration technology applied to high power LED lights design using semiconductor refrigeration technology to improve high power of high power LED lights.The improved high power LED lights is be built,and the 9W and 50 W are used as the research objects.The experimental results verify that the improved high power LED lights has longer service life,and wider temperature range,It has a certain application value and engineering significance.
