| The technology of solar semiconductor refrigeration is a new kind of refrigeration technology,which has a novel idea and is being paid attention.Under the situation of the world’s natural resources and natural environment,the full exploitation and utilization of solar energy resources has become one of the effective means of sustainable development,at the same time,The influence of traditional cooling methods rely refrigerant to the environment has been widely concerned,and the semiconductor refrigeration technology to use thermoelectric effect refrigeration,without consumption of refrigerant,as a kind of environmentally friendly refrigeration technology,has the traditional refrigeration method incomparable advantage.In addition,the solar semiconductor refrigeration technology has a good season matching and to develop the technology has a important practical significance.In this paper,the basic principles involved in the semiconductor refrigeration system of photovoltaic power supply are described in detail,and according to the derivation of the relevant thermodynamics formula,the optimal operating current of the Tec1-12706 thermoelectric reactor is determined.Six basic heat dissipation methods are theoretically analyzed in this paper,and comparative tests are carried out for on air-cooled heat dissipation,heat-pipe heat dissipation,and heat-dissipation combined heat-pipe cooling.The results show that the combination of heat dissipation by the heat pipe fan is the best.It has the fastest cooling rate,the lowest stable temperature,and the shortest time to reach stable low temperature.Therefore,the heat dissipation mode is determined as the final heat dissipation mode of the solar semiconductor refrigeration system designed in this subject.After a reasonable selection of equipments,this project has designed and built a semiconductor refrigeration box powered by solar cells.Using the finite element analysis function of ANSYS software,the temperature field inside the box was simulated and analyzed,and the temperature distribution cloud diagram of the air in the box was obtained.The simulation results show that the temperature of the origin of the model coordinates(box geometry center)is stable at 10.23℃.After experimental tests,the temperature change in the box is basically consistent with the simulation results,which verifies the accuracy of the simulation model.The temperature cloud of the simulation results show that the temperature field inside the box is inhomogeneous,which indicates the direction for the improvement and optimization of the box design. |
