Distribution network is an important part of the grid, is the carrier of electricity directly to customer service, is the power supply to achieve "come down, the lingua franca" of the key aspects of security. With the rapid economic development, power quality and reliability have become increasingly demanding, rational and effective distribution network planning has become an important premise and guarantee. Planning quality of the network directly affects the level of network security and investment benefits distribution network, reducing its net loss to improve the reliability and security of power quality impact as much as with the operation and management of the grid. Thus, to determine the quality of distribution network planning can be implemented, has important practical significance.Xuancheng City in order to meet economic, social and urban space development needs, to ensure development with adaptive grid proposed combining weak construction environment and a large distribution network typically supply the national grid pattern concept of "grasping both ends," was declared in City Hotels network planning "thirteen five" period design.This paper analyzes the distribution network and the application of the principles typical power mode technology, chosen to adapt to the region's typical power supply mode; opening and closing the ring network cabinet and other distribution equipment building standards and limiting factors were analyzed, and with wiring to form the grid structure to do a simple introduction; by defining the relevant regional concept and discusses the substation and line network wiring is formed in the region to adapt to several distribution network voltage grid network in the form of high school; binding region and regional development factors zoning;analyzes the main problems in Xuancheng city urban social and economic development and with development status grid, the grid structure, power supply capacity, equipment level, etc.,analyzes the load development characteristics and spatial load density method forecast given year load forecast value; on this basis, according to the selected mode power supply, zoning and network construction principle, high and medium voltage distribution network planning and design, planning and design are proposed; and finally, planning the formation of scheme proposed evaluation system composed of multiple factors to determine the index weight, using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method based on fuzzy theory mathematics of this overall plan was evaluated by using analytic hierarchy process.
