With the modernization is getting more deeply and more rapidly, electric power is becoming more and more important for society, and, electricity has become increasingly scarce. To this end, China began to increase in thermal power construction, the scale is also growing, while the cycle power construction projects are constantly shortened, resulting in power construction project construction security problems continue to emerge.The way of evaluation,prevention and control of thermal power construction safety is an important mean of solving the problem of security. So the effective and accurate safety evaluation to a thermal power construction project is the priority and focus of ensuring construction enterprises to production safety.Although the construction of thermal power project has established a series of regulatory system to ensure the safety of construction, and these systems in the actual construction process has been well implemented, in the construction of the building project will still continue to dangerous construction accident occurred. Therefore,fundamentally to carry out the safety management in construction of thermal power project, which is not only the need of practical work, but also the trend of the future.In this thesis, firstly, it has widely analysis the research results of domestic and abroad. Then, according to the safety factors of thermal power project construction, it has established an safety detailed evaluation index system of those enterprises under the guidance of the principles and steps. And then based on matter-element extension method and entropy method constructs the safety detailed evaluation model of road transportation enterprises,finally, the thesis carries on the case study, results the model is feasible. The conclusions put forward can provide reference information and data for the safety evaluation of the thermal power projects construction. Meanwhile,it can provide reference for the government of safety supervision and management to control and supervise safety evaluation of thermal power projects construction.This has an important practical significance to the development of thermal power industry in China.
