Concrete mixing station is a currently important machine national infrastructure construction,along with the development of era,the diversification of market demand for fast,efficient,energy saving,green accelerating mixing station renewal,how to quickly design a market demand of the mixing station products has become a stirring an important condition for the survival of the enterprise.In this paper,the modern design technology,based on SolidWorks software and ANSYS finite element analysis software,the concrete mixing station(building)series products of large-scale geometric modeling technology research,put forward a set of suitable for concrete mixing plant(floor)products of rapid 3D design method,set up the mixing station digitalization and modularization rapid integrated design and manufacturing technology platform.The main work is:1.Rapid design method based on knowledge reuse established mixing station knowledge framework,concrete mixing station equipment's 3D model points for assembly body framework model,structure of parts function model and standard parts and other parts with model.By nesting the whole / part relationship,the mixing station is represented as a set of related sub models,which forms a hierarchical tree structure.2.Based on feature,drawings and assembly of the parametric modeling technique is developed for the stirring device of the stirring shaft,stirring arm,a blade,the main drainage frame and a conveying device etc.standard parts,the realization of the concrete mixing plant(floor)of the factory full package design,handsome in appearance.3.Using SolidWorks parameters modify the engine and fast engineering chart technology to realize drawings and 3D model of concurrent modification,avoid unnecessary mistakes with designer repeated copying,custom management of drawings at the same time,improves the efficiency of drawing.4.based on the ANSYS finite element analysis software platform,considering the wind load,the finite element analysis of the main frame of the main building of the 180 party concrete mixing station is completed,which provides the technical support for the structural design of the product.5.Based on Mond Carlo algorithm,by APDL ANSYS parametric design language compiled the mixing station building framework of reliability analysis program,completed the mixing station building framework of reliability analysis.Through the concrete mixing station 3D rapid design technology and Research on the safety and reliability and improving the mixing station design efficiency and design quality,to provide technical support for the mixing station design,and has guiding significance for the design of other mechanical products.
