The thesis is mainly about the sizing and punching of damper’s dump. In the traditionalmachining process, the damper’s dump is machined by punch, which is inefficient, lowquality and machining parameter is hard to confirmed. A new way that not only solves thedeficiency of traditional machining process, but also combines the latest development trendof plastic making and punching and contemporary digital technology is found to design theall-in-one machine and researches other key technologies, its purpose makes the machinewith the characteristic of energy conservation and high efficiency.The all-in-one machine is designed in the way that combines gas and liquid. Thehydraulic and pneumatic schematic diagram is also protocolled. The design of whole machine,structure and station is finished and main machining parameters are confirmed preliminarily.In order to confirm the machining parameters and realize the purpose of speediness, highefficiency and high quality, the numerical simulation of the whole punching process isproceeded with ANSYS/LS—DYNA, by which the relation curve of the maximaldisplacement of workpiece bump with the feed speed of punch is established and the feedspeed of punch and exact blanking force and other main technical parameters are confirmedreasonably. The exact blanking force that is confirmed by the numerical simulation ofANSYS/LS—DYNA is applied into the design of hydraulic system to make the hydraulicsystem accurate and reliable, which can meet the hydraulic system’s heavyshockloads andensure the stability and reliability of machining.In allusion to the all-in-one machine’s stability and security, the fatigue life of punchabout the different surface treatments are calculated by ANSYS-Fatigue tool and thenumerical simulation of the whole punching process is proceeded with ANSYS/LS—DYNA.Finally, a collaborative design platform based on3D Meeting of SolidWorks and3DInstant Website of SolidWorks is been developed in the thesis, which offers a cooperativeenvironment that can enhance collaboration efficiency of each department and the efficiencyof design and manufacture.The design of the all-in-one machine overcomes the insufficient of traditional machiningand combines the contemporary digital technology, which makes the design more reliable andthe machining of damper’s dump efficient, high quality. This offers a new way to enterprisesfor the upgrade of the machines, reduces the cost of production and ensures the reliability ofthe machine and the machining quality. The processing method and the determination of processing parameters are the references for the other machines that are for the machining ofdamper’s dump.
