Research On Construction Process Management Of Yantai 220kV Zhaoyuan Substation Intelligent Renovation Project

Electricity as an integral part of social production and human life, however, with the improvement of social development and the level of science and technology, human present growing demand for electricity, it prompted the development of China's power industry at the same time. Substation construction as electricity transmission hub project, however, the existing substation can't satisfy the demand of social development, in order to save resources, make full use of resources rationally, to achieve sustainable development, it has been a inevitable trend for the existing substation intelligent transformation. Compared with the new substation, the project of intelligent transformation existing substation has distinct characteristics, such as, more intelligent with the construction surface, construction technology of cross, considering the environment factors, etc. At present, the reconstruction project of 220 kv substation from more, how to make more economical of reconstruction project and conform to the requirements of the target design is the main content of the present study. Therefore, this article tries to adopt the intelligent construction process management method to the reconstruction item of Yan Tai 220 kV substation.Based on the theory of process management, the article starts with the basic theory of project management, which leads to the thought of process management. Then the recognition method of process elements of process management is expounded, combining with the traditional project management theory, which includes safety management, quality control, schedule control and cost control related content. Meanwhile the ISO9000 standard quality system is introduced, combining with the characteristics of the project itself, even the PDCA method is used in the paper. In a sense, the management is to determine the goal of task, the expected target can be achieved through the PDCA cycle, there is no doubt that the substation intelligent transformation process management is more reasonable. Based on the above content, combining with WBS method of the engineering project construction management, it will supplement and perfect the PDCA process management method. Finally, the Yan Tai 220 kV substation Zhao Yuan intelligence reconstruction project process management case is studied, through the establishment of comprehensive evaluation system of process management effect about intelligent renovation project, the index weight is obtained by the AHP, and vague evaluation method is used based on the expert scoring to evaluate the process management of the project in this article.In this paper, a reasonable process management method is applied to Yan Tai 220 kV Zhao Yuan substation intelligence reconstruction project, combining with the current theory and practice of substation reconstruction project management, from the aspects such as quality, cost, schedule and safety to study the process management implementation strategy management for this project, by means of detailed analysis to process management to reconstruction project's safety management, quality, schedule and cost control by PDCA method, which shows that the method can improve the level of project management, better to complete the task goal, at the same time it has a certain guiding significance for other substation reconstruction project in process management method, in a word, it will provide theory basis in management for the substation intelligent renovation work in the future.
