Plant mix asphalt recycling equipment is one of the main equipment of asphalt pavement building conservation, wildely used in road construction and maintenance. With the development of China's highway construction, the regeneration of old material and road maintenance have been expanding for plant mix asphalt recycling equipment performance, which put forward higher requirements. as the plant mix asphalt recycling equipment central part of the aggregate performance of the heating system, which have directly affected the quality of heating, energy utilization and emission. so research on heating system, development better performance and more efficient plant, which has important practical significance for resource utilization, energy conservation and environmental protection. The paper combined the theoretical analysis and experimental study to do below main task.Firstly, Describe the structure and the working principle of the asphalt hot recycling plant and heating system and the matching of heating system is discussed research, Through the analysis of the characteristic of the flue gas and it calculated the component content, which provides a theoretical basis to the matching of dust removal system, conducted a burner temperature calculation process and calculated the heating system gasification process to determine the content of each component. Calculation on the heating system of thermodynamic that we get dry heat flow and thermal efficiency of the drum, which provides a theoretical basis to analysis the heating system thermal efficiency and the aggregate motion are analyzed.Secondly, the main parameters of the aggregate of the heating system has been designed and choice; to improve the design of the main structure and parameters of the drying drum; according to the matching of experimental study, it determine that the drying drum copy board selection and arrangement, through the heating system matching relationship, we can select the burner and dust removal equipment and complete the design of the heating system.Then, the comparison experiments between the design has been improved the aggregate heating system of coal-gas type plant mix asphalt recycling and the heating system of coal-burning and fuel, it proved that the heating system design of coal-gas friendly recycling and selection reasonable, especially energy saving effect is remarkable. the heating system improvements designed that coal-gas type plant mix asphalt recycling equipment for the comparison test, the result is improved after coal-gas type heating system of fuel consumption is decreased and it indicated that the coal-gas type plant mix asphalt aggregate recycling equipment to improve the design of the heating system to be successful and effective.At last, we could draw the conclusion that heating and regenerating performance of heating system is good by the measured data and the relevant test and each test item result show the old and new materials, renewable materials, and thermal stability of the performance targets are met. at the same time, the actual heating system efficiency is analyzed and it gives the corresponding measures and suggestions.
