| National Bureau of Statistics shows that hydropower station generated 9202.9 billion kilowatt-hours of electricity in 2013 which is accounted for 16.9% of the total generating capacity. It’s necessary for the power supply department to monitor and manage the hydropower station. Meanwhile, the small hydropower station is a kind of distributed generation. These parallel generators will change the topological structure of Distribution Network, and it will bring some uncertainty to the big power grid. So, it’s important to Research on the monitor and optimal operation of small hydropower station.Design the electricity acquisition system of the small hydropower station by using the monitoring equipment in small hydropower station and GPRS. More than 100 small hydropower station has used the system and the result shows that the system work steadily.Do research on the voltage effect of small hydropower station access to distribution network by using MATLAB simulation. The result shows that the different position and different capacity have different effect in voltage. In high water heavy loading period, the node voltage would be higher and in low water heavy loading period, the node voltage would be lower.Do research on the hybrid algorithm with genetic algorithm and interior point method. Establish the objective function based on the smallest transmission losses and water discard, and take the generator voltage, the generator output and reactive compensation as the condition. By using the hybrid algorithm to the 10 kV feeder, putting forward the best program in high water heavy loading period and low water heavy loading period. The result shows that the program can improve the voltage quality. |
