With the rapid development of hydropower construction in China,cascaded hydropower stations of a certain scale have been formed in all major river basins in China.In order to improve the economic and social benefits of cascaded hydropower stations,such as power generation,flood control,water supply,irrigation and navigation,the joint optimal operation of cascade hydropower stations in the basin has become the focus of domestic and foreign researches.Among them,the short-term joint optimal operation of cascade hydropower stations has been an important part of the research on the joint optimal operation of cascade hydropower stations,and has been widely concerned by many researchers.Cascade hydropower stations in the short term economic operation between joint optimization scheduling and factory,not only can reduce the cost for each grid power plant,can also provide the basis for the safe and stable operation of hydropower station itself,mining hydropower generating potential of hydroelectric generating set,reduce the loss of hydropower generating unit and at the same time to improve the performance of the unit,raise economical benefit of hydropower station,effectively ease the current water shortage issue in an increasingly tense and energy supply and demand.This paper by two pine cascade hydropower stations in the river as the research object,and around the current dispatching of cascade hydropower stations optimization technology bottleneck,respectively for short-term economic operation between the plant and the operation of different scheduling model is set up,and put forward different optimization algorithm,and according to the instance of baishan,plump hydropower station,the main research content is as follows:Part one: on the basis of summarizing the research status of optimal operation and economic operation of hydropower stations at home and abroad,the research ideas of single station and cascade optimal operation of hydropower stations are put forward.The optimization algorithm for solving the scheduling problem of hydropower stations is briefly described,and the river basin and engineering situation of the cascade hydropower stations in Ersong river are summarized.The second part: on the premise of knowing the load distribution of the hydropower station,the mathematical model of the economic operation of the hydropower station is established with the aim of minimizing the water consumption of generating units.In view of the characteristics of the unit combination problem,a modified binary particle swarm optimization algorithm and differential evolution algorithm are proposed to keep the diversity of the population in the process of searching for the optimal solution.In addition,by creating the priority sequence table of the unit,the state of the unit is adjusted by using heuristic minimum start-stop time constraint and rotation reserve constraint correction strategy,which further improves the optimization ability and convergence speed of the algorithm.Taking fengman hydropower station as an example,the validity and rationality of the in-plant economic model and the optimization solution method are verified.The third part: on the basis of the economic operation in the hydropower plant,the economic operation problem between the cascade hydropower plants is introduced,and the mathematical model of the cascade hydropower station is established with the aim of minimizing the total water consumption of the cascade hydropower station,and the load distribution method and the improved binary particle swarm optimization algorithm are proposed to solve the model.The successive load distribution method first USES the load distribution method to calculate the feasible solution of the initial load of each power station,then USES the equal micro-increase rate method to carry on the operation,and obtains the optimal solution by successive iteration.The actual operation of hydropower station is improved binary particle swarm optimization algorithm to the constraint conditions,and then integrated to solve the problem of economic operation between hydropower plant,through two pine river baishan,plump hydropower stations to carry on the case study,to verify the effectiveness of the two methods,and reduce the overall water consumption of cascade hydropower stations,improve the cascade water power utilization rate.
