The temperature monitoring system is the real-time measuring system to the object under test which is occurred in the certain circumstances. The temperature monitoring system with good performance has to be measuring, real-time displaying, network communication and storage capabilities functions, to allow staff to adjust the temperature of the device parameters quickly. It can also be used in the military field, for the equipment's high and low temperature is tested, the need for high and low temperature box is measured. The topic design a monitoring a high and low temperature box's supporting system for the current temperature monitoring system exiting low measuring accuracy, less monitoring points and other issues, through access to relevant data to evaluate the high and low temperature's change to equipment's safety, integrity and performance.After a demonstration of a variety of solutions, the design struct a distributed multi-point temperature monitoring sysytem based on ARM9 and DS 18B20 carrying embedded real-time operation sysytem. The master chip uses cost-effctive 32-bit microprocessor S3C2440A. the software development platform is uC/OS-? ? uC/GUI's integration, temperature sensor selects the digital temperature sensor DS18B20 which is simple in hardware connection and easy to control. The hardware platform use the feiling company's FL2440 devolopment board. Through the 1-Wire bus, RS-232 serial communication bus and network communication realise the temperature data's acquisition and transmission. The paper gives a temperature monitoring system's total design scheme with combination of real-time operation system uC/OS-? and graphic user inerface uC/GUI,TCP/IP protocol stack LwIP transplant on FL2440, keyboard settings under a slaver computer, liquid crystal diaplaying and other applications. Using the Visual basic language write the upper computer and control the slaver computer, data communications, computing, displaying, storage, dynamic temperature curve's drawing.The system has low power consumption, high precision, stability, extendable, portable's feature. Finally, summarizes the characteristics of the temperature monitoring system and insufficiency.
