Space environment simulation equipment is a kind of multifunctional and comprehensive experiment equipment which is for obtaining conditions such as cold and dark,vacuum,sun's radiation and so on the ground.As a vital large-scale experimental equipment for conducting various thermal vacuum and thermal equilibrium tests,wider range and more elaborate temperature measurement technology is one of the key points for its optimization and development.The thesis reviews the well-known domestic and foreign measurement technology of space environment equipment and analyzes the deficiencies of temperature measurement instruments in this field.Using embedded system technology,the paper designs a multi-sensor temperature acquisition circuit system with FPGA chip and stm32 chip as its core,and actualizes data acquisition of temperature and other physical quantities of up to 96 channels.The PC software developed with C# language configures the relevant parameters of the circuit system and presents the data graphically,it realizes the functions of calibration,parameter configuration,data storage and data presentation of the acquisition system.In order to solve the problem of data consistency caused by a large number and different types of temperature sensors in the system,a preliminary data fusion algorithm research is carried out by using BP neural network.Taking the sample data measured by the system as input,the output results show that the algorithm reduces the measurement error of a single sensor to a certain extent,and corrects the jump of different types of sensors when measuring ranges alternate,and improves the reliability of the output data of the system.To verify the vacuum tolerance,temperature tolerance and related technical indexes of the circuit system,the multi-sensor temperature acquisition system is placed in the space environment simulation equipment and various comprehensive tests were carried out.The result shows that the system not only achieves the design goal,but also has the characteristics of stable operation,low power consumption,simple wiring,etc.The design and research work in this paper has certain reference value for the technological upgrading of space environment simulation equipment.
