Air conditioning system is an important equipment of metro vehicles,which directly affects the comfort of the ride.On the one hand,the traditional air-conditioning temperature regulating method is relatively simple,temperature regulation performance is poor,low efficiency,on the other hand,the conventional air conditioning system with induction motor,fixed frequency control mode,frequent start and stop,start current,large loss.The inverter air conditioner in temperature regulating energy-saving performance and more advantages,more in line with the needs of metro vehicle air conditioning,the subject of metro vehicle air conditioning system power supply,a motor drive,temperature regulation is studied.In order to meet the requirement of the high reliability of power supply for metro vehicle system,the topology and control of the power supply of the air conditioning system are studied.Double closed loop PI plus feed forward decoupling control is used to maintain output voltage stability,and the output of reactive power,active current and power are adjusted separately.Based on the previous work,the design of hardware and software of inverter air conditioner PMSM driving system,analyzed the impact on system performance of different controller parameters,load mutation condition.To realize subway inverter air conditioner to meet different conditions in a wide range speed regulation,according to the characteristics of permanent magnet synchronous motor of SVPWM vector control strategies: constant torque control is used in the frequency less,in the above basic frequency with constant power control,is a wide range of speed regulation,to improve the system ability to regulate.According to the characteristics of PID and conventional temperature temperature of pure lag adjustment lack of dynamic characteristics of theair temperature control scheme of metro vehicle,with fuzzy control in traditional PID control,fuzzy-PID control.Based on the previous work,the hardware and software of variable frequency air conditioner PMSM drive system were designed,and the influence of different controller parameters and load on the system performance was analyzed.Through theoretical analysis and experimental test,and the subject of the study of air conditioning system can ensure the reliability of the output power and meet the load requirements on the performance of the power supply voltage;based on PMSM control strategy can realize a wide range of speed regulation,to adapt to different circumstances;the temperature fuzzy PID adjustment and improve the temperature control of dynamic behavior of,and improve the regulation of comfort.The experimental results show that the system is stable and has strong anti disturbance performance under the load change,and the selection of the appropriate controller parameters can obviously improve the dynamic response of the motor drive system,and it has a certain practical value.
