| With the gradual popularization of the subway traffic in every large city, the study of heat comfortableness in the subway carriage gets much concern. And the air supply channel performance of the subway air conditioner is one of the important factors of the comfortable temperature field and flow field within the subway carriage. This paper optimizes the internal structures of the subway air supply channel with FLUENT software to carry on numerical simulation.Firstly according to the structure of the air channel of this air conditioning subway, an optimization strategy have been made to lead the optimized calculation step by step, that is improve the wind performance of the two kinds of air channels separately, then prove the global optimization model finally.While the optimization of main air channel, through adding the dam board, make the internal static pressure distribution of the air channel stable. And through numerical simulation, confirm height and position measurement of the dam board under smaller resistance of air channel. Then through adding the orifice plates forward the air channel, improve the performance of the main air channel.While the optimization of flat air channel, after confirming the large angle plate form as the flat air channel end dam board form, choose rational height and position measurement of the dam board under smaller resistance of air channel. Then through adding several orifice plates and clapboards to the flat air channel, the performance of the flat air channel back-end is been improved.Finally, combining the optimized main air channel, optimized flat air channel and the distributor case to form the global optimization model, considering the resistance of the air channel, the air homogeneity performance of the air distribution ratio, explain and prove the optimization result of the global optimization model with numerical method. |
