| With the development and employment of construction machinery, its health and safety are emerged. Use real-time dynamic strain technology is a main method for avoiding construction machinery components occur momentousness accidents. To solve out this problem, this thesis make the research and explore for the scheme of components monitor system and pivotal subsystem select and real-time communication and test device. This paper consists of four parts:Part one, these chapters discuss the background and aim of this thesis, base on the instance in domestic and overseas research, demonstrate the feasibility and necessarily for this thesis, expatiate the actuality of the main technology, advance the appropriate technology requirements and demonstrate the viable scheme and system structure, contrast the advantage and disadvantage of the system structure, choose the optimization scheme.Part two, these chapters design a dynamic strain sampling module for construction machinery component. Firstly, complete the design of in-line compatibility electric bridge and the power of bridge. Secondly, realize the signal converted and transmitted circuit and high precision ADC circuit. Thirdly, complete the MCU chip selection and the design of peripheral circuit, this chapter illuminate the PCB execution fundamental for dependability of system. The measure part has the conditions to constitute a distributed bus network.Part three, firstly, illuminate the scheme of system communication. Secondly, realize the software of lower computer includes the program of SPI, CAN and USART. Thirdly, design the upper computer communication program of USB on HID module and UI interface, realize the UI interface of data display by wave, and advance the application's opening interface concept for user make secondary development.Part four, for the sake of availably test the monitor system, this chapter designs a simply simulative test bed to validate this monitor system base on the running status of a main component of construction machinery depend on structure dynamics model, point out the accessory parameters and using method. |
