Flight safety is an eternal subject of all ages in aviation transportation. Due to the economic and technological deficiency and other aspects of restricts, the civil aviation industry currently faces a urgent need on how to monitor the flying state. In Accordance with the actual situation of civil aviation development of our country and the proposition put forward by CAAC , we develop the AFSRSS system based on comprehensive analysis of mass document and some autoptical survey efforts.This system makes full use of the real-time database technology applying in the management of the temperary data, therefore the flying state of air plane can be real-timely monitored with decoding and recurrencing. This system is made up of data collection module, decoding module, real-time data management module, real-time monitor module, and simulation recurrence module. This system presents us various kinds of user interfaces (such as thin-client UI), further more, to facilitate further research and provide a scientific foundation to ensure flight safety and daily monitor, other extended interfaces (including network interface, data analysis interface, decode interface and etc), are also provided by the system . This system can be applied to the aircraft maintain department in airline corporation. It also can cooperate with ACARS system to provide data for oil consume analyse and technique evaluate,etc.This article discuss the working principle and realization of airplane flight safety real time monitor system, the core technology of real time database (TPlus tree index) in detail, etc. While decoding module is one of the key modules , this article also introduces a high efficiency and easy extending QAR data decoding arithmetic, the design and apply to background database,and the relative data load method in this module.
