| This thesis is about the manufacturing process technology of the aero-engine. With our nation’s increasing demands for hi-performance aero-engine and the changing of the manufacturing condition, it’s a trend of times to improve the traditional machining process of the key parts of the aero-engine by The NC machining methods.Aiming at solving the difficult process technology problems of valve shell, the thesis gives the instance of a certain type aero-engine’s process optimizations, discusses the basic content, the ways of realization and the key technology of the machining process optimizations, and provides one solution for the optimizations of the valve shell under the NC manufacturing conditions.The ways of realization and the basic contents of the machining process optimizations of a valve shell. Based on the defining of the concept of the process optimizations under the NC manufacturing conditions, the thesis gives the basic content, the ways of realization and the key technology of the machining process optimizations under the NC manufacturing condition.Based on analyzing the structure characteristic, the difficulties of processes and the original processes, this thesis puts forward new optimization process ways and make new digitized process methods, which improve the efficiency of manufacturing and eligible proportion of the parts greatly.The thesis researched the basic ways of the NC process technology optimizations of valve shell, the programming methods, the cutting ways and the cutter selections in the process of the NC machining and so on. It focused on the NC machining methods of typical characteristic of valve shell, including the process path of milling machining the manufacturing of pocket parts, the manufacturing of bore, the method of orientation and clamp towards valve shell and so on.This thesis accomplishes the process technology optimization of a certain type aero-engine’s valve shell under the digitized conditions. This optimized machining process has been used in the manufacturing of the valve shell successfully. |
