| Currently,processing personnel usually completes parts machining clamping according to the technical schedule in Aero-engine manufacturing enterprises.The lack of specialized machining clamping simulation guidance document,the clamping information expression’s intuitive and information of clamping error mount and short shipped is generated especially for complex Aero-engine clamping parts.Aiming at these problems,This paper proposed a new method based on lightweight model technology for Aero-engine parts machining clamping simulation and generating visualization documents.The method is aim to generate parts machining clamping simulation and visualization documents,achieve real-time interactive response between machining clamping guidance information and 3D animation,improve efficiency and accuracy of the parts machining clamping.The main research contents of this thesis are summarized as follows:(1)Establishing machining clamping process information model and generation of machining process informationstudy of creating method of machining clamping information based on ontology model,this paper classifies different types of machining clamping process information.And machining clamping simulation model was set up by using ontology modeling tools.At the same time,we study a extraction algorithm about machining process information,which generates machining process XML document from technical schedule.(2)The generation of Aero-engine parts processing clamping simulation animation based on the Tecnomatix platformThis paper establishes both a model of Aero-engine parts processing and clamping.The pretreatment of the clamping structure tree is carried out,which is convenient for the sequential planning of the following simulation.The machining clamping sequence and path planning method based on Tecnomatix platform were studied.The simulation animation of machining and clamping of Aero-engine parts is realized.The path interference is checked.(3)Machining clamping visualization document generation of Aero-engine parts3D PDF was used as the display platform for the machining clamping information.The visualization file structure of machining clamping was researched.Visualization template files were developed and processed.The machining clamping simulation animation information and machiningprocess information were imported into the visualization template file to generate machining fixture visualization files.(4)Machining fixture simulation and visualization document generation systemThe machining clamping simulation and visualization prototype system of Aero-engine parts was developed by the secondary development of UG,Tecnoamtix and Winform programming technology based on the VS2008 software development platform.Finally,generation and distribution of visualization files were realized. |
