Abstract/Summary:
Currently, the method which combines two-dimensional engineering drawings with3D model isgenerally used to express the execution information of machining process in production sites inAero-engine enterprises. It can guide field workers to finish machining tasks. Problems such asindirect expression of information and chaotic management of file version occur when using thismethod. In order to standardize the behavior of machining process and improve the efficiency andquality of process preparation, the machining process visualization system based on the summary oftraditional executable file of machining process and research of visualization technology is developed.The visualization file which has a good display effect to express the execution procedure ofmachining process is generated. The main contributions are listed as follows:(1) Based on the research on MBD data and its components elements, the MBD process modelused to express machining process is built. Based on the information analysis of machining processand object-oriented idea, the UML method is used to build MBD machining process informationmodel. The execution procedure of machining process is analyzed. The EPC method is used inbuilding MBD procedure model of machining process.(2) The description method of machining process information based on XML is analyzed. Theconstruction conversion method and data extraction technology of XML file are studied. Thevisualized expression in3D PDF file of machining process information based on XML is developed.(3) The contents and structure of visualization file which expresses machining process aresummarized, and the design technology of visualization template is studied. An example of thevisualization file which expresses technological equipment clamping process of aero-engine part isgiven.(4) The visualization system of the aero-engine machining process which can be used to generateand publish visualization file of machining process is developed.
