Therefore, it is essentially important to make independent technologyinnovation of aviation engine parts and components manufacture and establish ascientifically reasonable process technology management system on the basis of howto digest and absorb international advanced technology, combined with the realdemand of domestic aviation manufacturing industry development, supported by theadvanced technological equipment and assured by the internationalized qualitymanagement concept. Integrate the professional manufacturing technology andinformation and management technology together to raise the research capability ofaviation engine and enhance the process capability of parts and componentsmanufacture.The main research contents of this paper are as following:(1) Analyze the research background and current status of aviation parts andcomponents manufacture process technology management; establish the necessity ofprocess technology management system for aviation engines.(2) Analyze the theoretical foundation, operating mechanism and functionalmodule of process technology management system; adopt the Product DatamationManagement (PDM) platform to realize the process technology management(3) Construct a process technology management system based on riskmanagement. Analyze the application of process management module PFMEA(Process Failure Mode Effects Analysis), GR&R (Gauge Repeatability&Reproducibility), technical status management, special process validation andpassport system during product development.(4) Construct a process technology management system based on technologicalprocess capability assessment. Analyze the application of technological processmanagement module standardization document, SPC (Statistical Process C ontrol), technical maturity evaluation module during new parts development process.(5) Establish a process technology management system based on technologicalinnovation and continuous improvement. Plan and implement the technology researchproject, improvement project and quality prevention project of manufacture process toensure the product quality and develop a competitive advantage in the market. |
